Position: Project Admin / Marketing Executive

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and organized Project Admin/Marketing Executive to join our Exhibition Division team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills coupled with a passion for marketing and event coordination. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the successful execution of our exhibitions and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Administration:

  • Assist project managers with administrative tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and data entry.
  • Maintain accurate project records and ensure timely communication among team members and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate logistics for exhibitions, including vendor management, material procurement, and on-site support.

2. Marketing Coordination:

  • Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies for exhibitions.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, email campaigns, and social media content.
  • Manage and update event websites and online listings.
  • Assist in the management of social media accounts and creation of social media calendars.

3. Client Communication:

  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing timely updates.
  • Assist in the preparation of client presentations and reports.
  • Maintain positive client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

4. Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Collect and analyze data related to marketing campaigns and project performance.
  • Prepare reports on key metrics and provide insights to improve future initiatives.
  • Assist with post event analysis.

5. Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including project managers, sales executives, and operations staff, to ensure alignment of project goals and marketing initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project administration, marketing, or event coordination. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).   
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
