Position: Graphic Designer

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our Exhibition Division team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating visually stunning and effective graphics specifically tailored for exhibitions. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a talented designer to contribute their expertise to our projects and play a key role in the success of our exhibitions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design Conceptualization:

  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand project objectives and requirements.
  • Conceptualize and create visually captivating designs for exhibition booths, signage, banners, posters, flyers, and other promotional materials.
  • Ensure that all designs align with the overall theme, brand identity, and messaging of the exhibition.

2. Graphic Production:

  • Prepare print-ready and digital files for production, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design specifications.
  • Oversee the printing and production process, working closely with external vendors and printers to ensure high-quality output within deadlines.

3. Digital Design:

  • Create digital assets for online promotion, including website graphics, social media posts, email newsletters, and digital advertisements.
  • Optimise designs for various digital platforms and devices to ensure optimal user experience and engagement.

4. Branding and Visual Identity:

  • Maintain and uphold brand standards and visual identity guidelines across all exhibition materials and communications.
  • Provide creative input on brand development and visual identity strategies to enhance brand recognition and consistency.

5. Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including project managers, sales executives, and operations staff, to ensure alignment of design deliverables with project goals and client expectations.
  • Present design concepts to clients, gather feedback, and incorporate revisions as needed.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing exhibition-related design work.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and layout techniques.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
